What is African Vibes?
African Vibes brings together CapeAura, SeaViu and VistaBlu, three individual boutique stays in Camps Bay, Cape Town. Each has its own rooms, character and views, with art and handcrafted details shaping the experience. You can enquire about a personal escape, a selection of rooms or a private property stay for your group.
Where are the three properties?
All three are in Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. CapeAura is at 55 Rottingdean Road, SeaViu at 24C Houghton Road, and VistaBlu at 17 Rontree Avenue. They are separate properties, so check the correct address and arrival instructions for your confirmed booking.
How do CapeAura, SeaViu and VistaBlu differ?
CapeAura has six spacious suites across sea-view, Table Mountain-view and outdoor-Jacuzzi options. SeaViu has seven individually styled rooms, from a mountain-view room to suites with sea-facing terraces. VistaBlu has six room and suite categories across seven bedrooms, including a two-bedroom Family Suite. Browse each property's galleries and tell us which details matter to you.
Can you help us choose the right property and room?
Share your dates, guest numbers, preferred views and how you would like to spend your stay. Mention anything essential, such as a bathtub, terrace, separate bedrooms or access requirements. We can then check the relevant rooms and suggest an available arrangement, with the details confirmed in your quote.
Can we book an individual room or a selection of rooms?
You can enquire about an individual room or suite, several rooms at one property, or a larger group arrangement. Include the number of adults and children and a preferred rooming plan. The team confirms the accommodation available for your dates and the quote for the arrangement you choose.
Can we reserve a whole property for exclusive use?
Whole-property enquiries are available for CapeAura, SeaViu and VistaBlu. Each has its own room layout and guest limit, and exclusive availability needs to be checked for your dates. Tell us your group size and plans so the team can confirm the accommodation, guest spaces and terms covered by the proposed stay.
What are the group capacities of the properties?
CapeAura accommodates up to 14 guests, or up to 18 with extra single beds agreed in advance. SeaViu's whole-property maximum is 16 guests. VistaBlu accommodates up to 16, or up to 18 with two additional single beds by arrangement. All adults and children must be included in the rooming plan, and any extra beds need confirmation.
Can a larger group stay across more than one property?
Send the full group size, dates, room-sharing preferences and whether everyone needs to stay together. We can assess availability across the collection and discuss a possible split between properties. Combined capacity and a group allocation depend on the rooms actually available, so wait for a confirmed plan before promising accommodation to participants.
Do you welcome enquiries from travel agencies and tour operators?
Agencies and tour operators are welcome to request individual bookings, several rooms or exclusive-property stays. Send the itinerary, dates, guest numbers, preferred rooming, arrival plan and any guide or driver needs. The team will check availability and provide a quote; any trade rates, commissions or allocation terms are agreed directly.
What information helps you prepare a group accommodation quote?
Include travel dates, adults and children with ages, a rooming list or preferred sharing plan, and whether you need private use of a property. Add guide or driver accommodation, expected arrival times, luggage and vehicle details, and any access requirements. Clear details help the team confirm a practical arrangement and state the inclusions in the quote.
Can you accommodate guests attending a Cape Town wedding?
You can enquire about rooms or an exclusive-property stay for wedding guests. Share the wedding dates, guest numbers, rooming needs and any transport or early-departure requirements. These are guest accommodation enquiries; ceremonies, receptions, parties or other hosting requests need a separate assessment and explicit permission from the property.
Can an overland touring group stay with African Vibes?
We welcome enquiries so the team can assess the specific accommodation and arrival requirements. Send dates, guests and staff, room sharing, and the number and dimensions of vehicles and trailers. Access, turning space, parking and property capacity must be confirmed before an overland vehicle or coach is routed to a house.
Is parking guaranteed for cars, coaches or trailers?
Parking arrangements must be checked for the property you choose and the vehicles you bring. CapeAura and VistaBlu publish front parking, while a particular space allocation or large-vehicle access still requires confirmation. Include vehicle sizes and numbers in your enquiry; do not assume a whole-property stay provides coach, trailer or fleet parking.
Can we host an event, celebration or gathering at a property?
Tell us the proposed occasion, total attendance, outside visitors, timing and any catering or equipment plans before booking. Each request is assessed individually against the property's setting and arrangements. Accommodation or exclusive use does not automatically include event permission; CapeAura's 9pm–9am quiet hours apply to exclusive stays as well.
Are the properties self-catering, and is breakfast included?
CapeAura has a fully equipped communal kitchen and does not offer breakfast. VistaBlu is self-catering, with a fully equipped shared kitchen, and meals are not provided. Please ask the team to confirm meal or kitchen arrangements at SeaViu, and discuss any group catering requirements before booking.
What comforts can we expect across the collection?
The published amenities at all three include a pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, private bathroom arrangements, TVs, fridges and kettles, with daily cleaning and laundry service available. Room layouts, views, terraces and Jacuzzi options vary by property and room. Confirm any essential facility and any additional service charges for the stay you choose.
How do we check accessibility or mobility requirements?
Please describe step-free, stair, bathroom and mobility requirements before booking so a suitable room and access route can be assessed. CapeAura publishes entrance steps and internal stairs. The properties and rooms have different layouts, and photographs alone cannot confirm that a particular stay meets your access needs.
How should families enquire about beds and room layouts?
Tell us the number of adults and children, children's ages and your preferred sleeping arrangements. VistaBlu has a two-bedroom Family Suite; SeaViu's Manta and Swordfish have published additional-bed layouts, and CapeAura's shower-layout Table Mountain suite sleeps up to three. Occupancy, cot requests and any extra beds should be confirmed for the specific rooms and dates.
How are check-in, late arrivals and check-out arranged?
The chosen property confirms arrival instructions and check-in and check-out arrangements for your booking. Share your travel schedule and ask about early arrival, late departure or luggage needs in advance. These requests depend on the property schedule and any applicable quiet hours; they should be agreed before travel.
Can we request airport transfers for individuals or groups?
Airport transfer enquiries are available for stays at the three properties. Send flight details, arrival or departure dates, guest numbers and luggage requirements so the team can confirm availability, transport and a quote. Agree pickup details and inclusions before travelling; a room enquiry does not automatically book a transfer.
Can we plan tours and experiences through the same team?
You can enquire about the Cape Town experiences shown on the property websites, including Cape Peninsula trips, wine tasting, township visits, shark cage diving, kayaking, Atlantis dunes quad biking, paragliding and sunset tours. Send dates, interests and group size. The team confirms the available trip, transport, price and inclusions before booking.
What should we confirm before booking an outdoor activity?
Ask about the itinerary, departure location, transport, equipment, entrance fees, operator participation requirements and what is included. Sea, wind and weather conditions can affect an outing, and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Keep some flexibility and obtain the specific operator and booking conditions for the activity you choose.
Can we include Jeep Wrangler hire in our stay?
Jeep Wrangler hire can be requested as part of your Cape Town plans. Share dates and your proposed use so the team can confirm vehicle availability, the current rate, hire terms, and collection and return details. It is a separate arrangement and is confirmed alongside your plans rather than included automatically with accommodation.
How do we obtain a quote and confirm booking terms?
Send your dates, group size and preferred property or rooms, together with any transfers, activities or extra-bed requests. The team checks availability and provides the applicable quote. Ask for payment, cancellation and minimum-stay conditions before confirming, and make sure the agreed inclusions and arrangements are clear.
